Wildflower Arrangements
I rewild as well as grow cut flowers so I love arrangements that use branches and native wildflowers. This one is a Hawthorn branch as they are wonderfully twiggy and the little vessels of water attached to it include the Snakeshead Fritilary, one of our natives.
If you would like an arrangement like this then please email me
Jump The Broom
Aladdin the cat approves! This is a decorated broom and is a part of a pre Christian tradition known as ‘Jump the broom’. A wedding couple jumps over the broom togther symbolising the sweeping away of an old live and entering a new life together. This tradition also exisits in Africa. It is growing in popularity again and I do like decorating a broom with either fresh seasonal flowers or dried stems.
You can supply your own broom or borrow mine, (I ask for a refundable deposit) please email me to find out more.
