Sandringham Flower Show 2024

Two days of hard work at the end of July but it was worth it!

I travelled up to Sandringham with Vicky, we stuffed her boot with our farm grown flowers and foliage and set off at 6am to be at the show ground for 9am ready to work with the FFTF East Anglia group to produce an annual display at this prestigious flower show.

We chose of course the hottest two days of the year so far and it was very hot and very sticky in the marquee.

The design has been worked out previously by more experience group members and everyone contributed flowers and props with one person bringing a boat!

The display showcased what local, mostly small scale farmers grow and the quality of the blooms available when you buy British and boy did they look good. We even got a Large Gold medal!
